FYI is an AI-powered social platform founded by will.i.am, built around real-time communication, collaborative content creation, and multi-agent language models. Blending creativity and emerging tech, it enables users to co-create with distinct AI personas in a responsive, cross-platform environment.

I joined during a critical product development phase, contributing to product design, UX architecture, interaction systems, and user research. My work focused on structuring complexity into usable flows, redesigning information architecture, refining agent-based system logic, and mapping how content and AI-driven actions evolve across mobile, desktop, and browser. I also created and led full-cycle usability testing to identify friction, validate assumptions, and drive product clarity.
