Fliggs is a next-gen mobile carrier blending decentralized identity, tokenized rewards, crypto management, and Web3 infrastructure to create a user-owned telecom experience. Positioned in fintech and connectivity, Fliggs offers a unique value proposition but also faces high onboarding complexity and trust barriers for large scale mainstream adoption.
I was brought in to assess the usability of the existing product and provide a structured lens on where and why users were getting stuck. This included running full-cycle usability testing from planning to synthesis, building formal research documentation, and delivering clear insight reports with actionable recommendations. I also conducted a heuristic evaluation of their current experience to surface and UX/UI issues and structural inefficiencies that impact user flow and comprehension.
